A New Horizon Testing and Evaluation Center 

A New Horizon Testing and Evaluation Services accommodates various testing and evaluative needs. For children and adolescents, referrals may come from a pediatrician, Child Study Teams, or other school personnel for the detection and possible diagnoses of various learning style differences, learning disabilities, ADHD, and autistic spectrum disorders.

Fee Structure:

A New Horizon Testing and Evaluation Center is not  participating with any insurance panels. We offer a straightforward fee-for-service model. This means that you will be billed directly for the testing and evaluation services you receive. Our fee structure is designed to be transparent and fair, ensuring you understand exactly what you are paying for. You will recieve an invoice that you may submit to your insurance company using your out of network benefits.
